The best choice as a beginner are wood rc helicopter blades. Wood blades are the cheapest

As a beginner you will have some crashes and since the cost is very economical, wood blades can easily be replaced.
But wood RC helicopter blades are not very strong. They are fine to fly around a bit, but not recommended for acrobatic stunts. They might broke while your helicopter is doing some 3D tricks...
Fiber Glass RC Helicopter Blades
Made up of fiber glass, fiber glass rc helicopter blades are very strong and can be used for acrobatic moves. They cost much more than wood blades, but are worth the few extra bucks. The main problem of fiber glass blades is their weight. It's much more than the wood blades and therefore the performance of your rc helicopter is a bit less than with wood blades.
If you already left the beginners level of rc helicopter pilots, you should switch to fiber glass to do some more acrobatic style.
Carbon Fiber RC Helicopter Blades
In one word, Carbon fiber RC helicopter blades are the best you can get for money. They are the strongest of all kind of blades, which makes them very expensive. Carbon fiber blades can be used in any acrobatic stunts without affecting any performance issue.
If cost does not matter then you should buy them. But don't buy them if you are not already a pro. If you crash frequently you will definitely feel the pain...
